Privacy notice

This notice covers information submitted through Lazuli’s website inquiry forms and the limited site analytics described below.

Version 24 August 2026

01

What we collect

When you submit a sample, quotation, or contact request, Lazuli receives the information you enter, such as your name, work contact details, company, country, and project requirements. The inquiry endpoint may also read a network address to apply rate limits; that address is not added to the inquiry record sent to Attio.

02

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, assess the requested application, prepare samples or quotations, keep a business record of the conversation, and protect the form from misuse.

03

Services involved

Inquiry records may be stored in Attio, our customer relationship system. If analytics is enabled, PostHog receives limited cookieless interaction events, such as selected color, view type, locale, and successful form completion, that are not linked to identified user profiles. We do not send form contents or contact details to analytics.

04

International processing

These services may process data in countries outside your own. Lazuli will use the contractual and account controls offered by each service and will keep the data shared with them to what is needed for the stated purpose.

05

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the commercial conversation, legal obligations, and reasonable business records. You may ask Lazuli to access, correct, or delete your inquiry data through the contact form.

06

Analytics settings

When enabled, analytics uses manual cookieless events. Automatic capture, session recording, referrer and campaign storage, and identified user profiles are disabled; Do Not Track is respected.
